  1. FILUPDAT.EXE (7.07):  Program which
  2. compares a selected list of files in a
  3. source path against those in another
  4. path and copies those that have been
  5. updated.  Similar to DOS' REPLACE
  6. command but works from a stored list of
  7. files (controlled updates) and can
  8. handle any number of directories.
  9. Freeware.
